Opera on the Avalon believes that internships are a wonderful way to start a career. Opera on the Avalon provides seasonal internships in conducting, stage directing, stage management and arts administration.
As an intern with Opera on the Avalon, you will experience a unique combination of practical, work and educational opportunities, each designed to further your professional growth.
Participants work directly, and will receive ongoing mentoring and coaching from the faculty, noted professionals and resident guest artists during the festival.
Participants will receive private coachings will faculty, conducting and staging opportunities, and movement.
